1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the AegisX platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Nature of Services
AegisX provides an automated, algorithmic wealth management interface for digital assets. The Platform executes strategies based on proprietary quantitative models. AegisX does not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading and investing in cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of cryptocurrencies may fluctuate, and as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment. The highly leveraged nature of crypto trading means that small market movements will have a great impact on your trading account and this can work against you, leading to large losses.
4. Account Security & KYC
To comply with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, all users must complete Identity Verification (KYC) before capital can be deployed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. AegisX utilizes AES-256 encryption and cold-storage custody solutions, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from user-side credential compromises.
5. Algorithmic Trading Disclaimer
While our algorithms are stress-tested against historical data, past performance is no guarantee of future results. System failures, API latency, exchange outages, and extreme market volatility ("Black Swan" events) can interfere with algorithmic execution.
